Exchange Policy

If the item(s) purchased is faulty, an exchange of the same exact item(s) is applicable within 7 days of the item(s) received. 

Kindly take photos of the item(s) and email our sales team at sales@prosdata.com.my or call us at +(60)3-5525 8311.

 

For email, kindly state the following details for the item(s) to be exchanged with email subject "EXCHANGE REQUEST: Order ID #XXXX"

Once your exchange request is approved, you may return the item(s) to our address below by mail or by drop off:

The returned item(s) will be checked with the invoice. The packaging should also be in original condition.

If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange. Prosdata Engineering will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

 

Once we have checked and confirm that the item is liable for exchange,
If the item(s) to be exchanged is delivered by mail - you will receive within 14 working days after the confirmation. 
If the item(s) to be exchanged is delivered by drop off - you will receive immediately if stock is available.

Refund Policy

Products sold are NOT REFUNDABLE. However, if the product is faulty, an exchange for the same exact product is possible. Kindly refer to the exchange policy above for the terms. 

 

Some examples of ''faulty'' products:

  • Blurred glass 
  • Broken glass
  • Oil spillage out of pressure gauge
  • Pointer not on 0 (zero)
